SUMMARY
Terenure Gate comprises of 51 exclusive A-rated housing units made up of houses, duplex and apartments in Terenure, Dublin for Developer Kempton Vale.
The groundworks package for this project comprised of the initial site strip of over 12000m2 followed by the reduced dig for the structures. SGW was contracted to complete each structure up to and including ground floor slab leaving it ready for Timber Frame installation.
SGW installed all below ground drainage, water, gas and services followed by slip form kerbing, permeable cobblelock paving and road finishes.
