SUMMARY

The project phase 1 consists of 4 commercial blocks each 7 storeys high and a huge 5500m2 underground parking. Phase 2 consists of approximately 90 modern 2, 3 & 4 bedroomed houses. The development is a mixed-use development with residential apartments, houses, gym, childcare facility, courtyards, and children play areas on over 10 acres of land.

Smith Groundworks are the Main Contractor and are responsible for:

• Managing the project on behalf of the developer
• Selection of sub-contractors
• Ordering and control of materials on site
• Site management, site office and welfare facilities
• Quality, health, safety and environmental issues on site
• Construct and deliver project safely, on time and within budget
• Liaise with design team, architect, and subbies on best work practice
• Resolve any technical difficulties on-site
• Adhere to construct project within the guidelines of all Industry standards and best practice

Construction is currently underway. Excavation of basement (underground parking), strip footings and reinforced concrete pads and columns progressing smoothly. Site offices and welfare facilities done.
