100 Bed Nursing Facility and Catering Department, Peamount Healthcare, Newcastle Co. Dublin. The proposed works comprise the construction of a new 2 storey healthcare facility for accommodation for 100 people with associated pharmacy, catering and staff facilities, link to existing rehabilitation unit, associated site works, demolition and alteration works to existing structures, car parking, services (including diversions of existing) and mechanical and electrical installation of new services, plant and equipment.
